It is very simple to navigate, create forms, and send information to clients securely. A subscription to Healthie also includes secure messaging, and secure calling with Fax (depending on the subscription level that you have. The value that Healthie provides is fantastic. It allows to to communicate with other practitioners/providers in the community and they have excellent client support as well. Payment processing is streamless and very effficient. Healthie makes it very easy to manage a practice. They also allow you customize the forms with your branding as well. It really is a fantastic platform and I love all of the integration options. > > **Cons**: The only thing that I don't necessarily like is that, I have to copy customized forms and send them to clients individually. There may be an easier way to do it, but I haven't investigated it yet. > > My overall experience with Healthie has been great.
