For example, I had someone living in the home until July 1, but on June 15 I found a new tenant ready to move in on July 1. Since the original tenants ended up leaving early, I wasn’t able to just add the new tenant to the existing property profile. Instead, I had to create an entirely new home address in the system, which felt like extra work for something that could be streamlined. It would be really helpful if Avail allowed overlap in lease management, or at least the ability to set up an upcoming lease at the same property without creating a duplicate address. > > I love the people that work there. They are extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable\! What I enjoy most about Avail is how it brings everything I need into one platform. The features are practical and save me time from screening tenants to tracking expenses, I feel like I have real control over the details. I also value the security the platform provides.
