About B2Sell Product Information Management

eCentral is a cloud-based catalog management solution that helps small to large businesses manage, improve, and publish product information across catalogs and websites. Designed for distributors, manufacturers, retailers and dealers, the platform provides an integrated web database to handle product descriptions, images, prices, technical specifications and more. Key features of eCentral include product information management, omnichannel publishing, custom catalogs, drag-and-drop page flows and style/layout automation. It enables enterprises to create and use multiple layouts for product categories to streamline communication between merchandisers, content authors, managers and creative artists. Additionally, it provides tools to manage data synchronization between sources and add unlimited product attributes/taxonomies. eCentral allows integration with several enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system (CMS) applications. It also lets artists design custom layouts in Adobe InDesign and MS Publisher. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone and email.

Import and export feature limited functionality

Pros

Easy to manage the CRM, good customer support.

Cons

limited functionality to end-user.
ex: resync the database of p21, I have to wait up to do by the database team.
Sime issue with Import and export. Limited feature to do by myself.

Overall Outstanding!

I have been working with this company for many years now and there has been bumps in the road but at the end of the day they have made a great product that keeps things organized supporting company growth. I would highly recommend this company!

Pros

Speed is consistent allowing you to work efficiently. Accessing from everywhere including phone to get your jobs out.

Cons

From time to time have hiccups!
